Impact of EPA locomotive exhaust emission regulations on the Canadian railway sector discussed at ASME panel discussion

A panel discussion "Complying With EPA Locomotive Exhaust Emission Regulations" was organized during the ASME International 2000 Spring Technical Conference of the Internal Combustion Engine Division, held on April 10-12, 2000 in San Antonio, Texas. A part of the panel titled "North of the Border—The Canadian Perspective" focused on the influence of the US regulations on the Canadian railroad industry.
