Call for Papers: ASME Internal Combustion Engine Spring Technical Conference
18 October 2007
The ASME ICE Division has issued a Call for Papers for the 2008 Internal Combustion Engine Spring Technical Conference, to be held on April 27-30, 2008, in Chicago, IL. Those who consider presenting ASME papers on engine research next year should submit their abstracts, as ASME is changing their conference schedule, and there will be no Fall Technical Conference in North America in 2008.
Papers are invited for publication and presentation on all topics related to automotive, marine, locomotive, off-highway, and industrial internal combustion engines. Papers may address any aspect of the design, development or application of compression-ignition, spark-ignition, rotary, or reciprocating engines. Light-duty and heavy-duty engines, as well as large-bore internal combustion engine systems for power generation and transportation propulsion are welcome.
Authors should submit a 400 word text only abstract on the ICES08 website. All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM. Papers will be also considered for the Journal of Engineering for Gas Turbines and Power.
