Call for Papers: SAE Energy & Propulsion Conference

The SAE Energy & Propulsion Conference & Exhibition—previously called the Powertrains, Fuels & Lubricants Meeting—invites you to share your time and talent to write a paper and give a presentation. Become a bigger part of the technical community by contributing to the mobility industry’s body of technical knowledge. SAE International is looking for your experience and expertise in ground vehicle sustainable energy & propulsion.
The Conference will be held on November 12-14, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio.

New for 2024 is a session focused on Infrastructure. SAE International is seeking to convene policy experts from State DOTs to showcase what they are developing with vehicle manufactures, other DOTs, federal government agencies and energy producers in the areas of EV and hydrogen charging stations and the development of distribution stations.
Reflecting the diversity of mobility, SAE International expanded the scope of the event to include:
- Electric Propulsion (EV, Hydrogen, Hybrid)
- Electrified & Conventional Transmissions & Drivelines
- Emission Control
- Engine Combustion
- Fuels & Lubricants
- General Powertrain (ICE and Hydrogen ICE)

To begin, submit a 250-word abstract that contains a tentative title, along with a summary that states the objective of your presentation/paper by April 9, 2024.
